Bethany Life Board of Directors is pleased to announce the appointment of Kim Schilling as Chief Executive Officer effective April 11, 2022. “Kim brings experience not only in long-term care but independent and assisted living. I believe the board found the ideal candidate in Kim,” said Amanda Lankford, Bethany Life Administrator.
Kim is currently the Vice President of Health Services at Friendship Haven in Fort Dodge, where she serves as the facility Administrator. She provides oversight for all staff members as well as a 155-bed skilled care unit and 104-bed assisted living community. Kim received her Nursing Home Administrator license in 2013 after completing her Master’s in Business Administration in 2008.
“The leadership team is very enthusiastic about working with such an experienced heath care leader. Her many years of providing high quality services to our aging community is definitely something we are all excited about,” said Brandi Thompson, Director of Nursing at Bethany Life.

We will remain a strong leader in the aging services and deepen our foundation of faith,” said Kim.
