You can certainly see the work being done now! About half of the old 67 building has been officially torn down (pictures below). Large, heavy equipment continues to make progress each day while residents, employees, and community members enjoy watching it all unfold.
Next week, additional renovations will be visible on the opposite end of our building. Specifically, work will begin on A and B wings on both first and second floor. The garden outside Julia’s Place will be partially blocked off while renovations take place. The garden will remain long term but will not be accessible while construction is underway. When construction is completed, the garden will look a bit different, as the living space in Julia’s Place will be expanded. The portion of the garden accessible to Julia’s Place residents will remain available. Look for updates on that next week!
